Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or name changes must be sent in writing to – email: gtpmconference@ifc.org.

It is possible to change the name of the hotels reservation without cancellation fees if the secretariat is informed before May 4, 2024, with €50 administration fee. After that date, a name change will not be possible.

Cancellations received up to March 21, 2024 will be penalized with the payment of one night’s hotel.

Cancellations received after March 22, 2024 or non-attendance will not be entitled to a refund.
